ROC Discipleship Pathway
The RoC Discipleship Pathway (RDP) is our intentional non-linear process to lead people to become fully devoted followers of Jesus and to drive church engagement .
It is how we accomplish our mission of connecting people to a loving community, living Savior, and lasting purpose for all people from first time guest to serving leader.
How does it work?
Because we exist to connect people to a loving community, all levels of our discipleship pathway are done in groups. There are discipleship groups for people in all stages of their faith journey from “I’m new” to “I want more”.
Check out the menu below to learn what your next step might be.
-
MEMBER CLASS
As someone “new” to the church your next step to engage in your faith and at RoC is to attend a MEMBER CLASS, which happens every 2nd Saturday afternoon at 2:30 PM. -
SERVE OR JOIN A GROUP
If you are someone who attends regularly and joins us for service, but would like to get more involved, your next steps are to either serve in a ministry (potluck, RoC Kids, Children’s Ministry, Praise, outreach etc.) or join a group. If you’d like to learn what groups there are check out the “I Want More” menu option.

JOIN A DISCIPLESHIP GROUP
For those who want more there are three different discipleship groups to join.
Accountability Group
The AG is a group of people connected via a chat group that serves as a place for accountability for spiritual goals. In an accountability group, you never have to formally meet for prayer or study. You simply share your goals and check in with the group.Small Group
The small group is the first step into deeper spiritual community. This is a weekly in person or zoom group where the groups studies the Bible, reads a spiritual book, discuss spiritual topics, discuss sermons, etc.Discipleship Group
The Discipleship Group (D-Group) is the smallest and most focused group on growing deeper in one’s commitment to following Jesus. This group will run for 4 months and requires a high level of commitment, intentionality, and honesty.
